Overall Goal
To find a DC that is willing to join our office with the purpose of improving the overall health of the surrounding community and becoming successful doing so.
We are looking for preferable an independent chiropractor or an associate DC with aspirations of building a huge practice with only a minimal amount of the stresses/hassles. Current DC is stepping away from treating patients which leaves a space available for new candidate. Likely candidate must have the drive, work ethic, and understanding of what it takes to be a successful business person/DC in today’s economy. Candidate must have all the qualities necessary to be an amazing chiropractor. DC who has graduated and has some work experience in an office setting is preferred but we are willing to teach the right individual who may have very little to no experience. The only way a long term working relationship can survive is if we share similarities in the following.

What we have to offer-
The fact that your only main responsibility will be to acquire and treat your patients should be the number one reason to consider independent contracting. Along with that we have both worked as associates at very succesful high volume and patient retention offices. So if needed we will be able to offer you a great deal of valuable advice which is necessary when starting your own office.
We have developed a very fare compensation structure that will help ease the financial strains during your startup. As an extra bonus, the fact that there are multiple DC’s in the office allows us to have shortened work week that will not affect our patient’s opportunity to be treated and will allow for you to be outside of the office marketing. All of this can be discussed after an initial meeting to determine if both sides are compatible with each other for future success.
The Clinic-
Our free standing, brick building features a newly finished interior complete with ceramic tile flooring, marble countertop, and crown moldings throughout. We share space with a sister business, Plymouth Massage and Tanning Spa (www.massageplymouth.com). The addition of PMTS has brought in a considerable amount of exposure to Achieving Health Chiro which has resulted in numerous walk in patients, all of which will be available to you.
State of the art technology includes;
Above and beyond the normal office amenities you will have access to;
The CA will be able to answer calls, schedule patients, take down messages, verify patient insurances, input patient info into computer, collect payments, call about billing issues, handle routine CA responsibilities.
Be able to use all office and medical supplies that are necessary to run a chiropractic office.
Have the ability to use the office software for your patient files, not only is this extremely useful for keeping track of typical patient info it also makes electronic billing easy, maintaining patient files and histories, it has the ability to print out notes/reports and do your paperwork for you. It has touch screen EMR that will make new patient exams, visits, and re evaluation very easy to record information for. In the future (next 6 month) we will be getting a patient kiosk so your patient can input all their new patient history will in the waiting room.
Will not only have your billing done for you but will also be given the opportunity to learn billing so you can be more informed about your money into the future.
Have access to the x-ray machine with no worries of cleaning and ordering films. Will have access to digital x-ray in the near future which will be intergraded with the clinic software so you can view your patients x-rays from the adjusting bays.
Have the use of the massage theriapist to help co-manage your patients.
IC will have the flexibility of offering your patients the opportunity to come in for an adjustment 6 days a week while only having to be in the office 3-4, this provides plenty of time for a marketing and having a life outside of the office.
IC will also have the ability to take extended time off without having to worry about vacation coverage.
Will be marketed on our website and will be able to use its many member options and services to keep your patients healthy.
IC will be given the opportunity to get walk-in and internet patients as well as participate in a number of high impact screenings at a fraction of the cost. **The fact that you enjoy, or are ok doing screenings is a positive as we have way too many quality screening opportunities to handle with just the two of us.
IC will be including in a number of other creative marketing campaigns that will be planned and rolled out on a bi-monthly.
