Secretary / Office manager - Hiring

Office Manager needed to handle the front Desk at our Chiropractic and Massage Clinic. Experience is required in at least one of the fields below or one that is very similar. Need to be full of energy and be able to bring a positive attitude with you to work.

This is the most important position in our office, because 90% of the time you will be the first and last person every patient will communicate with during their visit. Also becuase you are in charge of keeping the office, staff, and patients organized and informed. Therefore, being able to present yourself in a professional manner is a must as well as many other qualities. Below is a list of daily responsibilities you will be required to perform effectively and effeciently. Experience in most of the areas of responsibilities will likely make you the right fit for the postion offered.
